After leaving private practice in 1996, Bruce joined our family related Commercial Construction, Commercial Property Development and Commercial Property Management companies. He has served as our Accounting Manager, Director of Accounting and Chief Financial Officer for over 23 years. Bruce provides the Financial Oversight with our Financial Institutions, Financial Partners, our Vendors, our Clients and our Daily Accounting Operations. Bruce was registered with the New Jersey Board of Certified Public Accountants on February 1st, 1978 for the Practice of Public Accounting. He is a member of The New Jersey Association of Public Accountants, The Pennsylvania Society of Public Accountants and is designated as a Registered Tax Professional with the Internal Revenue Service.

With a Degree in Philosophy from Roanoke College, Joseph has transitioned his discipline of understanding complex ideas to directing the core operations of The Louderback Group. Joseph has over 13 years of experience in the manufacturing field. He uses his manufacturing knowledge to implement functional and comprehensive guidelines for our operations. He maintains public relations and customer relationships as well as directing the overall company’s success.
Director of Construction
Responsible for all aspects of the day to day construction operations. With over 30 years of experience, Bill is involved with the construction staff assignments, vendor/subcontractor arrangements, planning and implementing construction schedules to meet deadlines for phase completion set by owners. Throughout his career he has been highly successful at coordinating complex phase-in projects for Retail Centers including: Supermarkets and retail stores, in a manner that minimizes operational disruptions and completes the projects on time and within budget.
A third-generation developer and contractor, Joe follows in the footsteps of his father and grandfather. His diverse experience in acquisitions, real estate development and all aspects of the commercial construction industry are the driving force behind the growth and operational excellence of The Louderback Group. This broad scope and high caliber of experience has provided Joe the extensive skills and expertise to oversee multiple projects and challenging acquisitions while personally managing our The Louderback team. He believes that relationship building among employees, customers, sub-contractors or suppliers, is the key to securing long term success. These relationships, paired with a constant focus on delivering high quality, cost effective and sustainable solutions are the key motivation for The Louderback Group.
Rajat has a bachelors degree in Civil Engineering and a Masters degree in construction Management for Texas A&M University, College Station, TX. Rajat brings to the table 7 years of diverse experience ranging from renovations to ground up construction on projects of all sizes from $50,000 to $1B. Rajat has honed his skills as a project manager on some of the most iconic projects in the country, the biggest one of them being the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Miami, FL.
Andrew has been a rock in leading our larger construction projects. He prides himself on his dependability and planning. With over 15 years in the construction industry Andrew has grown into a role that is vital for the Iron Hill Company.
A native of New York State, Randelle brings her legal background and over 10 years of experience as Executive Legal Assistant and Office Manager. Randelle is an integral part of keeping the office organized and running efficiently.
With a family background in glazing of over 30 years Giovanni directs, leads and coordinates the work of sub-contractors and employees. He is responsible for coordinating and scheduling deliveries, ensuring site safety, quality of work performed and adherence to project budgeting. Geno shares his 10 years of expertise in project supervision and excellence in workmanship.
